RW: Bukayo Saka – This one’s a given, right? Bukayo Saka could be disintegrating into a million pieces and Mikel Arteta would still find a way to glue him together so he is ready to start. That’s how important he is to this Arsenal side. A sure starter.

ST: Gabriel Jesus – Eddie Nketiah isn’t hitting the spot lately, so I think Mikel Arteta will trust Gabriel Jesus more as a starter. It’s no coincidence that the best attacking display came last time out in the Champions League when Jesus was the starting striker, he knows how to involve others in attacking buildup play.

LW: Leandro Trossard – It will be a long-awaited return to the first team for Leandro Trossard, who scored in the first Champions League match of the season for Arsenal. Given that he was an unused substitute in the weekend’s Premier League fixture, I assume Mikel Arteta had the Belgian in mind for this game.

Arsenal predicted lineup vs Lens: Raya; White, Gabriel, Tomiyasu, Zinchenko; Rice, Odegaard, Havertz; Saka, Jesus, Trossard
