As Ange Postecoglou prepares to host Jurgen Klopp in the Premier League, here’s the Spurs predicted lineup vs Liverpool.

Starting between the sticks, it won’t exactly be a tough call for Ange. He will go for summer signing Guglielmo Vicario, who has impressed since he was unveiled. Of course, he put in a great performance against Arsenal and he’ll look for plenty of the same in this match.
He will be covered by the solid centre back partnership of Cristian Romero and Micky van de Ven. The latter had a good game against Arsenal but Romero needs to improve after his absolute stinker of a performance. Still, Ange will trust the Argentine.
On the right-hand side of the defence, I’m almost certain it will be Pedro Porro who gets the start. With Ivan Perisic injured, this seems like a no brainer. At left-back, Iyenoma Udogie will come up against Mohamed Salah as he’ll have to pray that the Egyptian isn’t at his best in this match.
The midfield will be the most important area for Ange to get right. We all know that Liverpool have invested heavily into their midfield and it’s now their main strength. Therefore, the best players are called upon.
It will be the reliable pivot of Pape Sarr and Yves Bissouma to get the job done for Spurs. They’re an exceptional pairing and have what it takes to keep the Liverpool midfield at bay. Providing some creative flair will be James Maddison, who’s thankfully deemed fit to play after he was subbed off against Arsenal.
On the right wing, Dejan Kulusevski will start and hope to continue his good run of form. Off the left, new signing Manor Solomon will start since Johnson is injured. Up top, there’s no other player except Son Heung-Min for the big occasion.
