As Erik ten Hag prepares to face Vincent Kompany away from home, here is the Manchester United predicted lineup vs Burnley.
Manchester United predicted lineup vs Burnley
Starting off between the sticks, Andre Onana will have the means to immediately redeem himself. Admittedly, he hasn’t been at his best in recent matches. In fairness to the summer signing, he has accepted this and is willing to make amends for his errors.

“It’s my responsibility, because of me we didn’t win — and I have to learn from it”.
“I have a lot to prove, because to be honest my start in Man United is not so good”.

At right-back, Diogo Dalot will play again. Despite playing in the last two games of back-to-back fixtures, Ten Hag can’t rest him. Again, it will be the same at left-back, where summer signing Sergio Reguilon will retain his place in the starting lineup. The two centre backs of choice will be Lisandro Martinez and Raphael Varane, providing the French defender is fit in time, after missing the last two matches.
In midfield is where things get interesting. Sofyan Amrabat is likely to be available for selection, after he has been training with the main group and didn’t feature in any capacity against Bayern. H will start alongside the obvious Bruno Fernandes and Christian Eriksen, who was likely discarded from the Bayern match with this fixture in mind.

Rasmus Hojlund has to start at striker, that’s a given after his first goal against Bayern in midweek. Off the left, it will be Marcus Rashford who is at his best on this flank and playing as a right-winger, I expect it will be Alejandro Garnacho, who was a sub against Bayern.
