Manchester United fans are looking ahead to the Wednesday night Champions League fixture against Bayern Munich. The excitement is building on social media for a game which feels like nostalgia for anybody who was a football fan in the 00s.

However, fans can’t seem to go on social media without being reminded of their cooking against Brighton and Hove Albion. I mean, to lose 3-1 at home to Brighton is pretty hilarious, and the fans aren’t allowed to forget about if the Brighton social media team get their way.

Just recently, they have tweeted a compilation of the camera angle from inside Andre Onana’s for all three goals he conceded. The new signing didn’t have the best display, as despite some good distribution of the ball, he seems to be lacking the shot-stopping element of his game which, you know, is quite important as a goalkeeper.

Let’s take a look at some of the best replies from the Brighton video…

This United fan is clearly living in the past while Brighton live in the present – Then again, aren’t they all?

Even Chelsea fans were amused by the drama.

Manchester United fans are “tired” of being violated by the Brighton social media admin.

It’s all a bit of light-hearted fun, but it was funny to see Brighton name and shame a player of the opposing team. It probably shouldn’t have felt so personal but from a neutral perspective, it was fun to see it all unravel.
