Manchester United will make their first away trip of the season this Saturday as they take on Tottenham Hotspur in London. United were probably lucky to secure all three points at Old Trafford last week after a missed penalty shout for Wolves late in the game stole the headlines. Tottenham is playing their first home match at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium under new manager Ange Postecoglou. The Top Flight provides our Manchester United predicted lineup.

Andre Onana will be between the sticks again for United. The Cameroonian keeper was much talked about after his late-game incident in the box that did not result in a penalty for Wolves.

The full-backs should still be both Luke Shaw and Aaron Wan-Bissaka, as going forward, they look to be the clear favourites for their respective positions under Erik ten Hag. Lisandro Martinez was hooked at half-time against Wolves but should start again alongside Raphael Varane, who scored the only goal for Manchester United last week.

Casemiro was run over in the midfield versus Wolves, but in fairness, it was not really his fault. The Brazilian defensive midfielder was on an island in the middle of the park, and it’s likely ten Hag fixtures that issue. Christian Eriksen could start alongside Casemiro but don’t rule out Scott McTominay either. As The Top Flight has covered, Manchester United are still in the market for another midfielder.

Mason Mount will move further into the United attack and play alongside Bruno Fernandes in the centre and Antony out on the right flank. Rasmus Hojlund is still expected to be out for this match, so Marcus Rashford will once again be playing as a striker for the Red Devils. Alejandro Garnacho, who started the last match, did not impress many fans and will likely be dropped to the bench.
