Liverpool Transfer News – Southampton expect Liverpool to give into £50m aksing price for Romeo Lavia

Belgian journalist Sacha Tavolieri is reporting that the belief around Southampton is that Liverpool will send another bid that bridges the £5m gap in valuations on Lavia. As expected, Southampton are standing put on their £50m asking price of Romeo Lavia. Tavolieri says talks are still ongoing between the two clubs despite three bids rejected.

Lavia did not feature in Southamptons’ most recent match against Gillingham and he not come off the bench against Sheffield Wednesday in league play.

Liverpool Transfer News – Former Liverpool midfielder Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain joins Turkish side Besiktas

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain who departed Anfield this summer has found a new club. Paul Joyce of The Times reports that the English midfielder will be joining Besiktas in Turkey. Oxlade-Chamberlain will have his medical ahead of the move in the coming days. Alex spent 6 seasons at Liverpool, winning the Champions League, Premier League, FA Cup and EFL Cup with the club.

Liverpool Transfer News – Mo Salah’s agent denies rumours that he’s considering Saudi Arabia plan

Recent reporrts suggested that Mo Salah could be open to a move to Saudi Arabia, with Al Ittihad being the most linked club. Mo Salah’s agent, Ramy Abbas Issa has posted two separate tweets explaining Mo Salah remains fully committed to Liverpool. He first reaffirms Mo Salah will not be leaving and states he wold not have signed a new contract otherwise. Secondly, in a reply to a rumour, he states that Mo Salah has held zero conversation with him about a move to Saudi Arabia and joining their in the future.
