Brighton Transfer News: Chelsea makes the first bid for Robert Sanchez

Fabrizio Romano stated that Chelsea sent an official bid to the Seagulls for the Spanish goalkeeper Robert Sanchez. According to the Italian journalist, the Blues considered Sanchez a cheaper and smart option for the position. The values are not out yet, but the deal is expected to happen soon.

Brighton Transfer News: Brighton makes the first move on  Yáser Asprilla

According to reports from the Colombian press, Brighton is one of the clubs interested in signing Yáser Asprilla, the star boy midfielder from Watford and the Colombian U-20 squad. With the Hornet since 2022, he scored a goal and gave two assists. But at the U20 World Cup, in May, he scored two goals from four matches and helped to lead Colombia to the quarterfinals of the competition. The Seagulls join Real Madrid, Napoli, and Borussia Dortmund in the race for the 19-year-old, who is valued at €4.5m, according to Transfermarkt.

Brighton Transfer News:  Ed Turns rejoined Leyton Orient for a season on loan

The Seagulls officially announced this morning that Ed Turns would be back at Leyton Orient, spending one more season on loan. The 20-year-old spent last season at Ritchie Wellens’s first team and helped the O’s with the championship of League Two with 16 appearances. Brighton’s technical director  David Weir said that the move is ideal for the player. “Ed had a great few months with Orient last season; he went straight into the team and played an important role as they were promoted.”
