Manchester United have had a successful transfer window so far. With a deal confirmed for Mason Mount and close to agreement for Andre Onana, fans are already excited for next season. They have some young players impressing in pre-season, too, so all the more reason to be excited.

But manager Erik ten Hag is not the type to rest on his laurels. Instead, he wants to bring in some more signings. A new striker is an area of concern, but that will be addressed in due course I’m sure.

Another thing to tick off Ten Hag’s checklist is to deal with players on the verge of leaving. Ideally, managers would like to address player departures as soon as possible in the window, since it gives them plenty of time to bring in reinforcements if needed.

One of those players who is all but confirmed to leave this summer is Fred. The Manchester United midfielder is eyed by many different clubs, including some financial superpowers in the Saudi Pro League.

Manchester United midfielder Fred approached by ANOTHER club

With regards to Fred, transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has provided a key update. Romano claims that Fred “will leave” this summer, and that Galatasaray has approached United to sign Fred.

For Fred, it’s good that he has plenty of options. All of the options are clubs where he could be guaranteed first team football, which must be the priority for the Brazilian at this stage in his career.

Where do you think the Brazilian midfielder Fred will play next season?
