Liverpool are ready to make an offer for generational Chelsea talent

Liverpool are planning to remain active in the transfer window, having already had a successful run so far. They have made some of the best deals in the window to date, but now the attention for Jurgen Klopp will turn to signing a new defender.
Liverpool are ready to move for Chelsea defender Levi Colwill
According to 90min, Liverpool are “ready to make a move” for Levi Colwill. The Chelsea defender, who is also wanted by Brighton and Hove Albion after a successful loan spell there last season, has big plans to succeed under Mauricio Pochettino.
For Chelsea, the position is clear: They do not want to sell Levi Colwill. However, clubs should never completely rule out a sale. After all, football is a business and if the right price comes along, I’m sure Todd Boehly will snatch it with open arms.
New Chelsea boss Mauricio Pochettino is excellent at managing young players. In fact, he has made quite the name for himself doing that in the last decade. With Colwill it is no different, he wants him to be a big part of the setup he will implement at Stamford Bridge.
But understandably, Klopp wants a piece of the pie. With James Milner and potentially Jordan Henderson leaving, Klopp aims to rebuild the English spine which The Reds have been proud to boast in recent years. Further, with Trent Alexander Arnold adopting a midfield role, this will only free up more space in the defence.
Do you think Liverpool can convince Chelsea to sell Levi Colwill?
