Arsenal transfer news – Declan Rice will be announced “Friday or Saturday”
According to an Ex West Ham United employee, there has been no change regarding Declan Rice, despite the announcement taking its time. According to the source, Rice will first send a goodbye message to his boyhood club West Ham before being unveiled as a new Arsenal player “Friday or Saturday”. This is good for Mikel Arteta, since it means Rice can travel on the pre-season tour.
There is no change in the Declan Rice situation. He is expected to release a goodbye video to West Ham and be officially announced either Friday or Saturday by Arsenal before joining up with their squad for the tour of the USA.

Selling players is a priority
According to Ben Jacobs of GIVEMESPORT, Arsenal are still expected to be active for the remainder of the transfer window, having already spent around £200m. However, as expected, the club is more likely to prioritise selling players rather than signing new players.
