According to the transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Chelsea have secured the signing of Ishe Samuels-Smith from Everton. The 17-year-old will move to Stamford Bridge for a fee of around £3/4m.

If Samuels-Smith becomes even an important squad player for Chelsea this upcoming season, then he has already returned this small investment which will not dent Boehly’s pocket.
Chelsea transfer news – Cesar Azpilicueta joins Atletico Madrid
It’s confirmed that Cesar Azpilicueta will leave Chelsea after many years. The Stamford Bridge legend has passed his medical to join Atletico Madrid, which is not a surprise given his contract was terminated out of respect. As a neutral fan, it’s sad to see Azpi leave the Premier League but understandable given his age.

Chelsea transfer news – New bid prepared for Moises Caicedo
According to Football London, Chelsea are preparing a big bid worth £85m to sign Moises Caicedo. The Ecuadorian midfielder is described within the report as a pivotal member of Chelsea’s midfield rebuild (with Mason Mount’s exit being confirmed yesterday). Brighton are difficult to negotiate with, so it’s likely that Chelsea will need to be patient.
