Chelsea transfer news – Talks open to sign Moises Caicedo
However, there is some good news within Chelsea’s midfielder pursuit. Fabrizio Romano has also claimed that they are ready to open talks with Brighton and Hove Albion to sign the Ecuadorian midfielder Moises Caicedo.

Negotiations are never a walk in the park where Brighton are concerned. Therefore, from Chelsea’s perspective, the sooner they can commence with talks, the better. Negotiations will begin within the next few days.

Kai Havertz has completed all the stages to sign for Arsenal, with an official announcement expected to be made soon.
