Chelsea transfer news – Arsenal edge close to Kai Havertz
Of all the departures, this one will hurt Chelsea the most. They are set to lose their best player from last season, Kai Havertz, to Arsenal. It’s thought that £65m will be agreed, with Chelsea and Arsenal closer to agreeing a deal. Fabrizio Romano claims more will follow, as Kai Havertz wants to join Arsenal.
£65m had to be, £65m will be. Havertz and Arsenal are getting closer. ⚪️🔴

More to follow. https://t.co/P3K4lCldLp
Despite playing out of position, Kai Havertz was Chelsea’s top goal scorer and his Champions League winning goal against Manchester City means his legacy at Stamford Bridge will always be intact, despite signing for a rival.
