According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Arsenal remain resilient in their pursuit of Declan Rice, despite the interest from Bayern Munich. Romano claims that the club’s official bid will be submitted “soon”, given that West Ham won the Europa Conference League final last night.

It remains to be seen what Arsenal’s opening bid, but it’ll have to be a big one by their standards. It will certainly exceed their club record transfer.

Another interesting update from Fabrizio Romano in the same tweet contains the route of Granit Xhaka, who looks certain to sign for Bayer Leverkusen after a new midfielder is signed by Arsenal. With that said, he played his last game against Wolves, scoring a brace in that match.
