The Top Flight reported yesterday that Kai Havertz was being pursued by Real Madrid, alongside Spurs’ Harry Kane. This would be a double blow for Chelsea, since they’d lose their top goal-scorer AND their primary striker target.

Well, according to the latest report from German outlet SPORT1, Kai Havertz has already agreed terms to join Real Madrid.
