Liverpool Transfer News – Alexis Mac Allister close to agreeing to personal terms with Liverpool

As reported by Fabrizio Romano, Liverpool and Alexis Mac Allister are expected to finalize personal terms this week. The feeling is that things are close between the player and the club. Romano further reports that Liverpool is set to pay Mac Allister’s exit clause which is under £70M. Mac Allister does not have a normal release clause in his contract. It is more or less a gentleman’s agreement in his contract, pertaining to if a club such as Liverpool was interested in the player. A full agreement for the transfer of Mac Allister could be done by next week.

Liverpool Transfer News – Bundesliga star Manu Kone is a serious option for Liverpool

We have yet to reach the opening of the summer transfer window but it seems like Liverpool has been linked to half of the midfielders in Europe. The list isn’t going to end there as Fabrizio Romano reports Liverpool are admirers of Borussia Monchengladbach’s Manu Kone. Liverpool has reportedly been informed of what a potential deal could look like for Kone. There is some belief that Kone could leave Germany this summer. The French youth international joined Monchengladbach in 2021.

Liverpool Transfer News – Liverpool rejects RB Leipzig bid for Fabio Carvalho

The Times’ Paul Joyce reports that Liverpool turned down an offer for Fabio Carvalho. RB Leipzig is believed to be the club that wants to sign the attacker permanently. According to Joyce, Liverpool views Carvalho as a future starter at the club and will only let the player leave on loan. Carvalho is searching for more playing time and it is believed that Premier League clubs have inquired about the Portuguese U21 international.
