Fluminense’s fan site, NetFlu, claims that Brighton and Watford are both interested in signing the youngster Kauã Elias. Both English teams join Barcelona and Porto at the signing rally. Fluminense doesn’t have a price tag for the 17-year-old yet, but the player is protected by a release clause of over €50m until 2026. Since he’s only turning 18 around March of 2024, he can’t make a move to Europe until then. The Seagull’s new signing, João Pedro, also started at Fluminense and made a move to Watford in 2019.
