Manchester United injury news vs Aston Villa – Alejandro Garnacho will be fit

According to Manchester Evening News, Alejandro Garnacho was spotted in training yesterday. This is great news for Erik ten Hag since it means he’ll probably be ready to play in some capacity against Aston Villa on Sunday.

Garnacho has been missing in action since the middle of last month. It’s been a long-awaited return for what, at first glance, looked like only a minor injury. Although he is unlikely to start this match, it’ll be great for Erik ten Hag to have his speed and cutting edge as options from the bench.

Manchester United injury news vs Aston Villa – Unchanged lineup?

Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag has been tipped to name an unchanged starting lineup from the one which drew against Tottenham Hotspur recently. With key players such as Bruno Fernandes and Christian Eriksen fit and available, there’s no reason to bench any of the players which threw away a two-goal lead against Spurs, according to Manchester Evening News.

There is contention whether to start Jadon Sancho but given his great performance last time out, he could get a rare consecutive league start and really stake a claim for a place in the first team next season.
