Another name mentioned by David Ornstein may surprise some Arsenal fans, but the club are rumoured to be interested in signing Mason Mount.
It’s no surprise to see Mount’s discontent at the club. Having been at the club for longer than most players there, he’s seen the sad downfall of the club at the hands of Todd Boehly. In all honesty at this point, they should seriously be contemplating a relegation contingency plan, not planning to spend another billion pounds in the summer.
Understandably, Mount wants to get out as soon as possible, with this summer looking like the likely exit plan. There are many clubs who are interested in signing him on a cut-price deal, including Arsenal’s league rivals Liverpool.
