Based on Arsenal’s performances this season, it is clear that manager Mikel Arteta is building something special at the club. Top signings mixed with the right tactics have led the North London-based club to reach the first position in the Premier League, six points clear of Manchester City who is in second position.

Currently boasting an impressive squad, Arteta is reportedly looking to add Crystal Palace attacker Michael Olise to his talented lineup. The Spanish manager is a huge fan of the way the 21-year-old plays the beautiful game.

Comfortable playing as a winger or attacking midfielder, Olise ticks all the boxes Arteta desires in terms of age, resale value, and cost. Also, Olise has had an extensive career in Youth Football and also holds experience playing in the Premier League. 21-year-old Olise is viewed as a backup to the talented Bukayo Saka at Arsenal.

If Arsenal decides to pursue signing Michael Olise, the club would have to shell out around £40 million for the player. On the other hand, Crystal Palace, where Olise currently plays, won’t be easily willing to let go of the player. However considering the magnitude of a club like Arsenal, it won’t be surprising to see Olise wanting to leave Palace to secure a deal in North London.

Arsenal’s transfer prospect Michael Olise has been having an outstanding season

In the current Premier League season, Crystal Palace has experienced mixed form and is currently situated in the 12th position. However, individually, Michael Olise has been enjoying a great season for the club.

Having made 32 appearances for Crystal Palace this season, Olise has scored two goals and assisted eight times. His dribbling, finishing, and ability to attack have made a huge difference for Place in the final third. If Arsenal decides to sign Olise, it would only go on to add to the already amazing attacking options the club has.
