Arsenal are close to signing Jorginho from Chelsea…
Chelsea FC has agreed to a deal that will send midfielder Jorginho to Arsenal FC, according to reports by The Athletic. Arsenal has agreed to a deal worth £12m for the former Chelsea vice-captain, whose contract was set to expire at the seasons end. The deal also agrees to personal terms in place on contract to the summer of 2024 with an option to extend a year, if need be.

Jorginho, who currently has two games on 18 appearances with Chelsea FC, will look to bring his agility and his field awareness to Arsenal, as the club is looking to stay atop of Premier League with a 16-2-1 record on the young season. His defensive awareness and his play making ability make him a key player to have on the pitch in tight games. He will look to be a factor on a team that has been dominate already this season, but by adding him, Arsenal has become a more dangerous team to go against, as he joins a midfield group that consist of Martin Ødegaard, Granit Xhaka, Bukayo Saka, and more.
