West Ham transfer news – Moyes interested in Hakim Ziyech

According to GiveMeSport, West Ham United boss David Moyes is still passionate about adding some more firepower to his attack. To do so, he is considering launching a late pursuit of Hakim Ziyech, who looks set to leave Chelsea over the next two days.

Football Fancast have given huge praise to Ziyech, dubbing him as “Dimitri Payet 2.0”. This is a side to his game we certainly saw, as his attacking flair helped Morocco to be the greatest preforming African side in World Cup history.

West Ham transfer news – Major blow with Terem Moffi deal

Yesterday, we revealed that West Ham were hopeful of signing Terem Moffi from Lorient. However, the Hammers have faced strong competition for the striker. According to Foot Mercato, OGC Nice have submitted a final offer for Moffi, one which is expected to be close to meeting Lorient’s valuation.

Hammers News predict this seventh bid is enough to “blow West Ham out of the water”. Perhaps, then Moyes will settle for Ziyech over Moffi.

West Ham transfer news – Thilo Kehrer wanted by Inter Milan

According to the latest report from Gazzetta dello Sport, West Ham United defender Thilo Kehrer has been mentioned by Inter Milan officials as a potential last-minute swoop. Since signing from PSG, Kehrer has played 20 times in the league, however recent lineups suggest he is falling out of favour under David Moyes.

Having already sold Harrison Ashby, time will tell whether West Ham are willing to lose another defender this late on in the window.
