News broke yesterday from Corriere dello Sport that Weston McKennie was of high interest to Arsenal. Furthermore, La Repubblica have stated that McKennie’s agent is in London, with Leeds United and Arsenal being in a contest to sign him.

Just how significant this is remains to be seen – however, it’s worth noting. According to Sussex World, Brighton midfielder Moises Caicedo has recently switched agents, now managed by Futbol Division. With Chelsea and Arsenal both wanting his signature and Brighton demonstrating they struggle to keep ahold of their best players, the Gunners could sign another player from the South Coast in the coming week.
