Those that have been keeping up with the Arsenal transfer news over the last few days will know that Edu and co. have been absolute killers in the market. Yesterday, it was confirmed Arsenal had completed the deal for Leandro Trossard from Brighton. Today, there is even more good news.

Arsenal transfer news – Leandro Trossard medical completed today

The Top Flight reported yesterday that Arsenal aimed to get the Trossard deal over the line in time for the Manchester United game this weekend. Well, they have made significant progress over the last few hours.

Fabrizio Romano confirmed on Twitter that Leandro Trossard had passed all medicals. I assume this means an announcement could be made today. Exciting times!

Arsenal transfer news – Jakub Kiwior is a done deal

According to a stunning breakthrough from Gianluca Di Marzio, Arsenal have reached a total agreement for Jakub Kiwior. The deal is just shy of £22m, with add ons expected. The player will fly out over the next 48 hours to complete his medical tests and confirm the deal.

The 22-year-old is a left-footed centre-back and thought to be backup for Gabriel.

Arsenal transfer news – Mikel Arteta interested in Jaidon Anthony

According to the Daily Mail, Arsenal are interested in signing Bournemouth winger Jaidon Anthony. The 23-year-old is climbing up Arsenal’s transfer radar as Mikel Arteta is primarily focused on improving his options out wide, alongside the signing of Leandro Trossard.

According to a report today from Metro, Arsenal have capitalised on Real Madrid’s reuluctance to sign 18-year-old Ivan Fresneda. The report states that Fresneda has ‘virtually completed’ his £12m move.
