The report also claims that the Blues are happy to let the 29-year-old go this January since he is surplus to requirements. Having only started a handful of games this season, you can understand his desire to leave.
SempreMilan claim that AC Milan could be the first party interested in signing him. The Morocco international had a stellar campaign at the recent FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
Chelsea transfer news: Graham Potter given a chance
Express has today reported that Chelsea owner Todd Boehly will resist the calls for him to sack Graham Potter. The Potter out brigade is growing in numbers as he can’t seem to get a winning streak under his belt. The most recent loss came at the hands of Fulham.
Chelsea transfer news: Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang ‘desperate’ to leave
The Top Flight reported that Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is desperate to leave Chelsea, so much so that he is willing to take a significant pay cut to re-join Barcelona and play almost for free. The 33-year-old striker has a track record for falling out with managers and he doesn’t like playing under Graham Potter.
The recent signing of Joao Felix was thought to give Aubameyang a free pass to leave only a short time after signing, but the loan player’s recent suspension could mean Chelsea need Aubameyang to stay. It’s clear they now have two strikers with fiery tempers under their books.
