Tottenham Hotspur have 11 players travelling to Qatar for the FIFA World Cup 2022.

Tottenham Hotspur sit in a healthy fourth position heading into the World Cup break. They have been playing well in the Premier League, with eleven of their stars rightfully earning their place on the plane to represent their countries.

Here are the 11 Tottenham men going to the World Cup…

Eric Dier and Harry Kane (England)

It is no surprise to see. The two Tottenham men have represented their country for some time now, with Gareth Southgate clearly an advocate of their work. Dier’s versatility will serve him well in both midfield and defence. Kane is likely to start all the matches of which he is fit.

Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg (Denmark)

Hojbjerg has been a revelation for Tottenham this season. He will start most, if not all matches for Denmark.

Ivan Perisic (Croatia)

Having been one of the players of the tournament in the last World Cup, it is no surprise to see Perisic jetting off again.

Richarlison (Brazil)

Brazil are contenders to win this competition. With Richarlison providing the flair and pace in attack, he will start most matches.

Ben Davies (Wales)

Davies is one of Wales’ best players. He will be competing against Dier and Kane in the group stages of the competition.

Hugo Lloris (France)

For the first time in some time, Lloris has some competition for France’s number one position. He is likely to start, though.

Rodrigo Bentancur (Uruguay)

Bentancur is a name you’ve probably heard a lot of this season. He has been in good form, so will look to impress for Uruguay.

Pape Sarr (Senegal)

Sarr is not likely to start every match. Still, it is a great experience to represent his country on this huge stage.

Cristian Romero (Argentina)

Romero will likely start for Argentina. He is an important defender.

Son Heung-Min (South Korea)

A sure starter. Son is one of the more premium players in this World Cup tournament.
