It’s been a pretty quiet transfer window over at Selhurst Park with Patrick Vieira receiving just around £30million worth of investment in the squad for this Premier League run. The former OGC Nice manager certainly wouldn’t be impressed after a pretty good debut season with the Eagles.

Cheick Doucoure seems to be the pick of signings, adding some much-needed firepower in midfield after arriving from French side, Lens. The Eagles have also signed West Brom’s star keeper Sam Johnstone on a free transfer to compete with Vicente Guaita and Jack Butland.

Malcolm Ebiowei looks like a steal for Patrick Vieira’s side, with the youngster earning a Premier League debut after impressing in pre-season but is yet to establish himself in the first team. Cheikhou Kouyate and Martin Kelly are the only senior players who’ve left the club on free transfers while Christian Benteke has joined Wayne Rooney in America.

The major positive was keeping hold of Wilfred Zaha for another season amidst interest from Arsenal and Chelsea.
