Having unfortunately missed out on the Fantasy Premier League Team of the Week for GW4, we didn’t want to miss out for GW5 despite the short turnaround between Premier League matchday!
As always, our entire squad of 15 players coming in, is in the budget for Gameweek 5 alone.
On the back of Haaland’s hat-trick and the shock Salah blank in a 9-0 win, there are conundrums aplenty. Again, we’ve opted to go for a 4-4-2 setup. Here are our picks!

Goalkeeper
Jose Sa (5.0, Wolves)
The Wolves stopper makes his first appearance in our TOTW. Wolves were impressive at the back against a front-foot Newcastle side and were undone by a late belter from Saint-Maximin.
They’re up against a Bournemouth side who’ve accumulated the lowest xG of any team so far this season. Sa’s tendency to make saves and attract bonus points makes him our pick for GW5.
