Newcastle United 3-3 Manchester City

The Magpies were so close to taking all the points but the strength of City always prevails, saving themselves a point from the match. Newcastle went toe-to-toe with a ruthless City side and was rewarded for their efforts.

Normally a draw wouldn’t get a club into the top five of the Premier League Power Rankings, but because Howe’s men took the game to the champions, they get back into the top three, bettering their best of Matchday 1 with a second-place rank.
