Chelsea: The Blues are Still Working on Deals for Three Players
Before the transfer window closes,Chelsea should be three players heavier with them considering deals for Frenkie de Jong and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, while preparing their final bid for Wesley Fofana.
Chelsea are far from done with their summer additions, having a lot of work to do before Thomas Tuchel is satisfied with the work done in the transfer market.
Raheem Sterling, Kalidou Koulibaly, and Marc Cucurella have already been added to the squad at Stamford Bridge but having sold Timo Werner and loaned out Romelu Lukaku back to Inter, there are gaping holes that need filling up front if they are to battle Manchester City and Liverpool for top honours this season and beyond.
They have also added young 20-year-old, Carney Chukwuemeka, from Aston Villa; a signing for the future as per the club.
Another hole that still needs filling is the one left by Andreas Christensen, who left for free to join Barcelona, the club the Blues are looking to for new players; they have identified de Jong and Aubameyang as their main Barca targets.
