Taking up the 10th-place spot is Chelsea. A turbulent summer transfer window was not displayed in Chelsea’s opening day win over home side Everton. Efficiency is back at the London side, with the work down at the back exhibited in their clean sheet.

Could have been more goals on the day but the Blues could still be missing that clinical finisher in front of goal. Their narrow victory against a struggling Everton side is enough to get them on the list but not higher up the power ranking.
