
It’s been an exciting day for the Tricky Trees. They are moving closer and closer to their first major signing for the summer and their second newcomer this transfer window.
Taiwo Awoniyi of Union Berlin, an ex-Liverpool youth product and a player regarded as the “Liverpool Haaland” is nearing a move to Nottingham Forest. The deal is said to be around €20m with the Anfield side entitled to 10% of the transfer if/when it is completed.

Negotiations at final stages for €20m fee, final details to be agreed soon.
Once completed, with the two clubs still to agree on the fee, he will be their second summer arrival after signing Ryan Hammond from Millwall on a one-year deal. (via: nottinghamforest.co.uk)
Dean Henderson Nearing Completion
The Daily Mail reports: Manchester United’s Dean Henderson will be moving over to Forest shortly with a deal in its final stages. He will join on a season-long loan.

Tottenham Hotspur defender Joe Rodon and Wolves midfielder Morgan Gibbs-White are on the manager’s list of top targets. Having previously worked with both of them at Swansea, the Nottingham boss is keen on a reunion.
