Digne is close to agreeing to a move to Aston Villa after news emerged of Tuchel being uncertain of his style as a fit for his system.

Nonetheless, Lucas Digne currently makes the list due to being easily the best left-back available to be signed this summer either on a loan or outright purchase, plus he has the pedigree of both Premier League and top European club experience.

His metrics suggest a player good in attack and at progressing the ball towards goal but relatively low numbers in ball retention and link-up play suggesting a style that doesn’t quite fit with what Chilwell brought to the Chelsea team.
