Given that Ivan Toney will miss 1 and maybe 2 games due to COVID, FPL managers in the market for a replacement would do well looking at Emmanuel Dennis‘ less popular fellow forward, Joshua King.

He’s got a very strong set of underlying metrics with an xG of 2.87 and xA of 0.76 over the last 6 gameweeks. Sixteen goal attempts, 14 from inside the box and 9 chances created over the same period.

Likely also on penalties, King has underlying metrics comparable to far more expensive elite forward options and with Watford’s fixtures now turning for the better, this might be a great time to buy him.
