Isco, Real Madrid midfielder

Isco has been frozen out at Real Madrid, as ex-Everton manager Carlo Ancelotti has only played the midfielder in 7 matches this season. Still only 29, Isco has a lot of football left in him, and Everton should be eyeing him for a move.

Isco has been linked to a multitude of Premier League clubs, including Arsenal and Newcastle. A move in January looks very likely.

Isco would be a big addition to the Everton midfield and attack. His ability to find the correct pass is unmatched by anyone in the current squad, and his technical ability would boost the Toffees’ ability to break down a defense.

Everton should look for a loan-to-buy in January, as the wise move would be to get a look at him before spending a full transfer fee on him. He could be past his prime, but a change of scenery could be just the boost Isco needs to rejuvenate his career.
