Not many FPL managers own Burnley players – in fact, the Clarets highest owned player is Nick Pope with 2.9% ownership. This presents a good opportunity for a rank rise this week, as we select Chris Wood to target a struggling Norwich team.

Operation target Norwich has been a viable FPL strategy since the start, due to how poor Norwich has been. The Canaries have conceded 16 goals this season and have also struggled to find the back of the net – only scoring twice.

This ranks them last in the league for both goals scored and goals conceded; this is why targeting the Norwich fixture in FPL is so appealing and a must.

Wood has only scored 1 goal this season but had a late winner against Leicester disallowed by VAR. Wood will certainly be looking to make up for that in GW7.
