Liverpool got off to a winning start in their Champions League campaign when they beat old foes AC Milan 3-2 at the rowdy Anfield Stadium. While they top the group in Group B, Group C was being dazzled by the player who is said to be their priority summer signing, Jude Bellingham.

At this moment in time and judging by the form he is showing, who wouldn’t want to sign the young Englishman, Jude Bellingham? There has been nothing but raving reviews about the versatile baller – and making the switch from England to Germany – seems to have paid off tremendously.

On Wednesday night when Borussia Dortmund travelled to Vodafone Park in Beşiktaş, the two players who stood out above the rest was the non-human, Erling Haaland and his new partner in crime, Bellingham.

Haaland, routinely, got his name on the scoresheet, but it was Jude who stole the show, having a hand in both of the goals scored by BVB to take all three points back Germany. For every goal involvement, every attribute the 18-year-old possesses was on full view and wide display.
