Player to Target Kieran Tierney

After mentioning him in last week’s article against Norwich City, Tierney scored 7 points in the game against the Canaries and now faces a Burnley side that is fresh from conceding 3 goals against Everton in Monday night football.

Arsenal looks to have tightened up after a shaky start and Kieran Tierney would be my go-to Gunner asset in this game.

Player to Avoid Nick Pope

Everyone still seems to think Burnley are a powerhouse and watertight defensive unit but this year they have conceded 8 goals in the first 4 games, averaging 2 goals per game.

Their expected data for the season isn’t looking great as well ranking #14 in the xGc table (expected goals concede) with an xGc of 7.48. I would avoid the whole Burnley defense for the time being unless they show signs of tightening up at the back.
