Four weeks down in the English Premier League and trends have started to form; the top 4 of Manchester United, Chelsea, Liverpool, and Manchester City have started to pull away from the rest, although Everton have also started well, they have had very easy fixtures to start the season and I think they will drop off soon enough.

In this weekly article, I will take a look at the players to target and avoid from each fixture and which players should be on top of your priority list due to it.

This Gameweek (GW5) there are many tricky and also some potentially great fixtures from an FPL POV, some of them are:

  • Newcastle United vs Leeds United
  • Liverpool vs Crystal Palace
  • Manchester City vs Southampton
