What will be the highest Arsenal will finish this season?

When a team starts with three losses in the first three games it’s never easy to predict their season, even more, when it’s a team like Arsenal, who should be at least in the Top 10 of the table, not dead last.

With the signing of Tomiyasu in the last hours of Deadline Day, the Gunners brought some strength in their defense, which they needed a lot.

This strengthing can be very helpful for Arteta in the long run. Also, the Gunners would depend a lot on how well Ødegaard plays this season and if Ben White can pick up the pace and put in better performances.

If the Gunners remain healthy with a fully-fit squad, they could save their horrible start and easily be in the Top 10 this season. The next game against Norwich is key for the Gunners and they need to secure a big win to install some confidence among their players and fans.

Their next three games are against Norwich, Burnley, and Tottenham. Honestly, the first two games are not that difficult and Arsenal should get three points in each for a total of six points, which would surely get them out of the relegation zone.

The match against Tottenham is a harder one since Spurs are on a good run since opening day – if the Gunners can get a draw out of this game – it would be considered a great result.

With their current situation, if the team performs as they are expected, the Gunners should be around 8th/9th place at the end of this season and Arteta would most likely be fired, since the goal is to make a European spot.
