The Premier League is well and truly back; action-packed 90 minutes of football at respective venues amplified in every aspect of the game all because the fans are back and roaring louder than ever.

Already we have relegation battlers, surprise packages and some of the big boys pulling away from the rest of the pack. So far it is Spurs who are the team to keep up with, following their 100% start to the campaign under new management, Nuno Santo.

Premier League starts between Matchday 1 and 3

Number of games won and lost – 22 won and 22 lost
Number of games drawn – 8 Games
Goals scored – 85 Goals scored
Clean sheets – 17 Clean sheet

While Santo gets off to a start that has him inked into the history books at Tottenham, over in East London is a man, who if fit, is certainly one of the best in the league and leads the attacking pack in goals. That man is none other than Michail Antonio.

He has been ripping up the pitch since the league kicked off and looks like he can’t find another place to put the ball excepting for at the back of the net – he has just been full of goals and assists.

As stated earlier, if he managers to stay fit for the entire season or long periods, who knows what new heights the Hammers can hit under David Moyes this season.

Here are the nominees for August’s Premier League player of the Month, Manager of the Month, and Goal of the Month awards.
