Forward – Michail Antonio
West Ham 2-2 Crystal Palace

Antonio is having a brilliant start to the season where he is the top goalscorer in the league and has the second most assist only behind Paul Pogba’s five. He assisted Pablo Fornals for the first goal and then scored the second one to help the Hammers stay second in the EPL table standings.

The English striker has already scored four goals and three assists in three games and he’s a solid contender for the Golden Boot this season due to his excellent start.

Forward – Jamie Vardy
Norwich City 1-2 Leicester City

Jamie Vardy had a similar weekend to Michail Antonio, with a goal and an assist to help the Foxes get an away win against a tough opponent in Norwich City.

This is Vardy’s second goal of the season in just three games, kicking his campaign off in style, showing age isn’t slowing him down at all.

Forward – Ferran Torres
Manchester City 5-0 Arsenal

It looks like Guardiola’s plan of playing with a false 9 is finally working out. Ferran Torres has been the young man responsible for playing the role and he has done it effortlessly. The 21-year-old scored two and assisted one in Manchester City’s win against Arsenal.

He linked up greatly with Gabriel Jesus and Jack Grealish and it looks like Guardiola could have found his best three on top. Ferran Torres started the season on the right foot and he could be one of the players who surprises us the most at the end of the season.

Forward – Gabriel Jesus
Manchester City 5-0 Arsenal

Pep Guardiola finally found where Gabriel Jesus can help the team the most, on the wings. The Brazilian striker is deadly on the wing with crosses and possesses a lot of speed to bomb up and down the channels.

The Brazilian scored one and assisted one in the Cityzens win and he is making a strong case to start over players like Riyad Mahrez and Raheem Sterling this season.
