Coming off the back of a less than convincing victory over Wolves and a humbling loss away to West Ham, it is evident, even at this early stage, that Brendan Rodgers’ squad is lacking in certain areas.

Considering the Foxes have a Europa League campaign on the horizon to contend with, in conjunction with a less than encouraging injury record of late, fans have the right to feel apprehensive.

Rodgers has already declared that Leicester City “don’t have an endless pot of money” and this was prior to the club being forced into the market to replace the injured Wesley Fofana.

While this requirement was met, a position that has been neglected is right midfield, as those in charge of the club have failed to find a long-term replacement for Riyad Mahrez who departed the club in 2018.

Taking this into account, suitable additions for the East-Midlands side are few and far between, however, we have identified 3 potentially attainable targets.
