18. Brighton and Hove Albion – It was coming on for so long and was fun while it lasted.

Graham Potters team have a dismal year and take the final relegation spot. Brighton’s a team who have been up and down for the past two years, falter and fall at the last hurdle.

Have enough quality to inevitably have the upwards bump as they bring in a ‘safety specialist’ towards the end of the year but drop a few points short and hit the drop.

19. Watford

The Hornets go straight back down after they finished second in the Championship last year.

Despite having a decent number of players who have Premier League experience, it just does not feel enough and the fact they will go through at least two managers during the season.

Watford heads straight back down as they struggle to grip the top flight after lacking quality and a real goalscorer.

20. Brentford

Brentford takes the rock bottom spot after their statistic-based recruitment sees them just not ready.

The Bee’s are a young side, and will no doubt give it a good go and get a lot of plaudits from fans around the country, but not sure if they are ready for the step up. They go back down but manage it right and they will back within a year.
