GROUP E – POLAND

The Poles qualified for their fourth successive European Championship by topping their group ahead of Austria. They amassed 25 out of a maximum 30 points, scoring 18 goals while conceding only five.

Poland’s best appearance at the Euros came in the previous edition where they reached the quarterfinals before being knocked out by eventual champions Portugal on penalties.
