This Premier League season has brought many surprises and a lot of amazing performances. Out of the lot mentioned in this post, Aston Villa, Newcastle, Wolves and Crystal Palace, they’ve brought us some of the best moments this season.

Normally, 11th place, 12th place, 13th place, and 14th place would be very disappointing finishes, but not so much for three of the four clubs mentioned in this post.

The only club finding life difficult this past term was Wolves following the loss of their most important player. For Aston Villa, who was fighting relegation in the 2019/2020 campaign, it was a successful run in its own right.

For Newcastle, on the other hand, it appeared as if this was their time to take a step down from the Premier League and get demoted. But thanks to some late heroics in their last run of fixtures, they pulled out some brilliant displays, earning them some good results.

Crystal Palace saw a campaign filled with some really dark moments and some really promising ones too. Much like the rise of a promising youngster while calling the curtain on an era.

From one of the strangest Premier League seasons, we have gone ahead and selected the best-performing player from each team and state why the individual is being named the MVP of their respective team.

Here we look at Aston Villa, Newcastle, Wolves and Crystal Palace’s best-performing outfielder – their MVPs for the 2020/21 run.
