The final two names before Willian’s rankings. There were just so many mentions it was hard to choose the really bad transfers from EPL club to EPL Club.

The sad Saido Berahino

He signed for Stoke City from West Brom for £12.5 million back in 2017 and never recaptured the superb form he displayed as a Baggie.

This particular form saw him as one of the future English stars at the time and why almost every EPL club was after him. It also earned him his first England senior men’s call-up, which was for Roy Hodgson during the Euro 2016 qualifier.

In his time at the cold and windy bet365 Stadium and while in the EPL, he played out 28 games without scoring a single goal for them – really pegging him as one of the worst of all times.

One last mention – The most shocking turnout of them all, Alexis Sanchez

Not a person saw it coming and not one person predicted the Chilian to do as badly as he did when he made the low-blow switch between Arsenal and Manchester United.

From a lucrative goal machine in North London to a reserved team player at best in Manchester, Sanchez really went from a Premier League hero to zero in no time. He was unstoppable under Arsene Wenger.

He had 60 goals and 25 assists in 122 Gunner games. While at Old Trafford? About two seasons at the club, he could only manage 32 appearances, scoring as few as three goals and assisting six.

He just about touched on double digits in goal contribution as a Red Devil. Really… What happened Sanchez?
