Eduardo Camavinga is looking to leave his club in the summer for a bigger challenge but a deal to move to Real Madrid is busy breaking down which could leave Manchester United in pole position to sign the midfielder.

Ever since Eduardo Camavinga jumped onto the scene in Ligue 1 he has been tipped as a future star. His performances over the past year have only increased those talks.

As expected, multiple teams are keeping an eye on him for the future. It will be interesting to see who will win the race for the extremely talented midfielder.

Who is Eduardo Camavinga?

Eduardo Camavinga is an 18-year-old defensive midfielder who plays for Stade Rennais in Ligue 1. He’s been a full-time starter for the club since the age of 17.

During that time he has also made appearances in the Champions League and Europa League. He is considered an extremely important player for Stade Rennais, even at his young and tender age.

With such an impressive resume, it’s no surprise that many of the top clubs around the world are being linked with the player.

It will not be a move that comes on the cheap either, as the price tag for Camavinga will likely be at least £50 million.

Which clubs are being linked to Eduardo Camavinga?

According to Camavinga’s agent Jonathan Barnett there are clubs interested from all over Europe.

Only two clubs have been mentioned by name; Real Madrid and Barcelona. But there are rumors of Premier League interest as well.

With that being said, there are quite a few Premier League teams that would be drawn to the defensive midfielder because of his world-class potential.

Arsenal, Manchester United, Chelsea, and Tottenham are some of the clubs that could definitely use midfield reinforcements in the coming months.
