3. Michael Olise

The attacking midfielder has taken the league by storm and as a result of his fine form, Reading are in contention for a play-off spot.

Though it is early for naming promotion contenders, Reading has been a club that are set to end their seven-year Premier League absences.

They find themselves fifth on the points table with 40 points in their kitty.

The French attacking midfielder has put a serious shift in the midfield and has featured in all 23 games for the club. Michael Olise has 12 G/A to his name in the EFL Championship.

He has also operated on the flanks for his side and has put 98 crosses in 1475 minutes for the team.

With several bottom-table clubs struggling to create chances, Michael Olise might be the answer.
