Manchester United takes on Everton in an early kickoff on Saturday with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s job on the line.

After an embarrassing defeat at Basaksehir Fateh Terim Stadium against the Champions League new caps, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s men face the Blues of Merseyside in their backyard on Saturday.

Both sides have endured a defeat in their previous English Premier League fixtures and are looking to bounce back to winning ways before all players go on an international break.

Everton were off to a great start in the league but has slowed down in their previous three games. They drew against Liverpool in the Merseyside Derby followed by back-to-back defeats to the in-form Southampton and Newcastle.

The former Real Madrid manager, Carlo Ancelotti, will be looking for a strong response from his side against the struggling Man United.

After an average transfer window, Manchester United were expected to start the league on a brighter note and contend for titles. However, the aspirations have been heading south with the team finding themselves in 15th place after six games.

It is the joint-worst start for Red Devils in the league since 1986-87, the season in which Sir Alex Ferguson was appointed as the manager.
